  Suicides within Jehovah's Witnesses

  over the past 3-4 years i've been hearing about a number of suicides that have been committed by jws.

  whats even more interesting is that all of the individuals were male and they all had some form of a privileged position in the congregation.

  (regular pioneer, elder, minsterial servant, etc..).

  Leander, your experiences are sad indeed. So far, I only have the one experience (shared previously). I hope not to have any more. Oh, the only other person I knew who committed suicide was a non-JW girl from high school.

  A few years ago a JW girl got caught fornicating.
  Within two hours of getting caught, she stood in front of a speeding train.

  How many hours are falsely reported?

  in the january 1 issue of each year, they harp on about how many hours the jws did last year etc etc.. how many hours are possibly falsely reported?.

  I always add between 3-5 on my slip every month.
  So, you can confidently say that the report is overestimated by 36-60 each year.

  How 'bout a UN flyer campaign on windshields?

  it's a travesty that the average rank and file jw has no clue about the un issue.

  what if we print a single page from one of the web sites that has all the pertinent info on one page, and then distribute them at night on all the cars at the kingdom hall?

  this is bound to catch the attention of more than one or two in my opinion.

  More than likely anything left on a windshield in a Kingdom Hall parking lot would get trashed.
  You'd have better success dropping a couple of folded leaflets in the Hall itself. Of course, this would require you to actually have to step foot inside the Hall and maybe stay for a few moments (act like your visiting).

  ya know the bickering, flaming and fights happening here has become so stale--i would rather eat my 4 day old rotten fish.. why can't they just take it outside?
